AFTER RECEIVING A POSTCARD FOR QUALIFICATION:

• You will need to locate your Juror ID Number and Electronic Signature Number. (you will find this on the front of your postcard in the upper left corner above your name and address)
• To complete this process you can log onto https://genesis.mcgtn.org/GenesisPortal/Login or call 931-648-7677
• If you are logging onto https://genesis.mcgtn.org/GenesisPortal/Login you will also need to provide your Date of Birth and an Email Address.
• A current phone number is required. This will help the Jury Coordinator in contacting you if any further information is needed.
• Once all Information is provided and the five questions are answered, they will be submitted to the Montgomery County Jury Coordinator for review.
• At this point you have completed this process and no further action is needed.

AFTER RECEIVING A SUMMONS FOR JURY DUTY:

• Jurors will need to fill out the Juror Profile at the bottom of their Summons
• There are two ways the Profile can be filled out.
  1. Log onto https://genesis.mcgtn.org/GenesisPortal/Login
  2. Fill the bottom portion out and bring to Orientation
• If you chose to fill the profile out online you will need to follow these steps:
  1. You will need your Juror ID Number, Electronic Signature Number and Date of Birth. (You can locate you Juror/Electronic Signature Number on the front of your Summons in the upper right corner on the JUROR BADGE)
  2. Enter your Juror Number, Electronic Signature Number and Date of Birth in the boxes.
  3. Enter in all the required information and click Review
  4. Once you have reviewed your entries and they are all correct you will submit it to the Jury Coordinator.
  5. There is nothing further you need to do except bring your JUROR BADGE to Orientation with you
• When you appear at Orientation, you will let the Jury Coordinator know you completed your profile online.

• If you chose to fill the Profile out and turn it in at Orientation, you will need to follow these steps:
       1. Fill the Profile out in BLUE/BLACK INK
       2.Write your Home/Cell and Work Phone Number in the boxes provided and fill in all other information.
       3.You will also need to color in the number bubbles.
       4.There is a perforated line that you will tear the profile off at. (on your summons right above the profile section it has “TEAR AND DETACH HERE”, that is where you will tear off at.)
       5.You will bring your JUROR BADGE and the Profile with you to Orientation.
